Áurea Green Gass was founded in 2019. We are a team with experience in developing renewable projects, including biomethane, supported by a top-level technical and financial team. Áurea Green Gass is owned by two companies: Áurea Capital Partners and Soluciones y Suministros Gass. Since 2019, we have managed more than 20 biomethane plants in Spain and Portugal in different stages of development within an ambitious strategic plan that pursues a total production of 1 TWh of biomethane per year.
The team is led by Miguel Ángel Fernández as CEO and by Santiago Garrido as Business Development Director.

Miguel A. Fernández has extensive experience in the development, construction and operation of projects that promote the energy transition and the circular economy, and will bring to the position more than 30 years of management experience with responsibility for profit and loss accounts, as well as extensive experience in leadership positions.
Santiago Garrido
Business Development Director
Santiago Garrido will accompany Miguel Á. Fernández, leading the development of the multiple biomethane generation projects that the company currently has, together with a solid and experienced team in the sector.
